Justin Thompson Founder and Creative Director

Justin founded Captivate Media out of a passion for storytelling and a commitment to his community. With 10+ years of production experience spanning local nonprofits to nationally recognized brands, he leads every project with strategy, creativity, and care. A Winston-Salem State University graduate, Justin currently serves on the Business Advisory Boards for Guilford County Schools CTE and Atlanta Public Schools CATE — bringing both industry expertise and a genuine heart for education to every project Captivate takes on.

Joanna Thompson Director Business Dev.

Joanna is the relationship engine at Captivate Media. A Salem College graduate fluent in both English and Spanish, she connects with clients across industries to understand their goals and guide them toward the right creative solution. Whether you're a business owner, a school administrator, or a nonprofit director, Joanna makes sure you feel heard, supported, and confident at every stage of the project.

Alex Fuentes Video Producer & Editor

Alex is a Greensboro-based filmmaker who transforms raw footage into compelling visual stories. From corporate campaigns to nonprofit productions and live events, Alex brings cinematic quality to every project — handling camera, audio, lighting, and post-production with equal skill.

Ethan Carter Video Producer & Editor

Ethan specializes in content that connects emotionally and communicates strategically. His work spans corporate branding videos, event highlights, HR content, and educational films. Ethan believes great video isn't just about visuals — it's about creating a moment that sticks.

Gurbir Singh Brar Photographer

Gurbir brings a rare combination of creative vision and analytical precision to his photography.
